Dreamed of Sleek Make Up

Heard about Sleek Make ups last July from my friend Digital Train Case and from then on I've been lemming on it. I watched some videos, read blog and looked at their site for how many nights.  Listing all the things I wanna try from this  brand.

Sleek Make ups Mission

Sleek MakeUP is a colour cosmetics brand dedicated to providing a comprehensive make-up range for all women, especially those that are often under-represented by mainstream brands.

This is a good mission as not everyone can afford those high end cosmetics. And good idea to give other lassies to have a good quality make up not costing an arm or a leg.

Upon reading all the entries on Sleek Make up website . I decided to  ordered online! ha ha ha!

It's now in Hong kong waiting for my handsome beau to pick them up.=)

Then I got a chance to ask my friend from London to purchase some Sleek make up for me. I was so happy and got so excited that  I listed down a lot of items . ha ha ha! She said a friend of hers will be coming home soon so she'll just ask her to bring it down for me. weeeeee!!!!!

I waited for  2 weeks and then my prayer was answered I got a message from UK friend that my Sleek make up has landed Manila! I'm over the moon!

Since I have a lot of them I think I'll have to do a part by part post about Sleek make up.

First off Sleek True Color Lipsticks!

A superb highly-pigmented lipstick enriched with Vitamin E which leaves amazingly rich shades on the lips with only a single coat.

Can be applied using a lip brush for a professional finish. 3.5g

The packaging:  It's an oval matte case. Most of the reviews says it's like Nars case in texture but this one doesn't look or feel rubbery at all. Size is just about 2inches that for me is handy if you only carry around small purse.

the colors are amazing you have a choice of matte and sheer. The pictures on the packaging is the same shade as the ones on the tube.

See those vibrant colors? Aren't they stunningly delish? ha!

Swatches L to R

Pink Freeze (m), Barely There (s), Cherry (s), Baby Doll (s), Amped (m), Papaya Punch (m),
Candy Cane (s),  O.M.G. (s), and Fuchsia(s)

Now tell me, why shouldn't I go gaga over these pretty colors!

Lip Creams, Mattes and Sheers!!!

These past few months I love wearing Matte Lipsticks and Lip creams so today I'll show and share with you some of my favorite lip and matte lipsticks.

Top from Lto R Chanel Dragon,  NYX San Paolo, NYX Amsterdam, NYX Addis Ababa
Bottom L to R Bourjois  so delicate Lip creams I got 4 of them

Hmmm... this photo seems blurry  so

Here you go. See all those creamy delightful colors?
I love all of them as they give different finishes on my lips. They're are not drying on my lips too.

The Bourjois ones have this rosy perfume smell so if you're not into that kind of smell maybe you could skip this. But If you don't mind it I think you're in for a wild lippie ride. =P

Then lately I ordered these NYX matte lipsticks from Digital Traincase.

Look at those creamy matte colors? Well don't let it scare you. These lippies are so easy to glide on your lips without making it dry. Love Tea Rose to bits!

And here are the Nyx Round lippie ones that I got from Digital Traincase few months back.

I know my lip colors are almost on the same shade but  they're not all on the same finish.

Yes ! They are Cream, Mattes and Sheers!

My little Deborah Lippmann

A little history to that inspires.

Deborahlippmann.com Celebrity and fashion manicurist and creator of Deborah Lippmann brand of luxury nail lacquer and hand and foot care.

Lippmann is the go-to manicurist for the most fashionable magazines and the most renowned fashion houses. And her eponymous line of lacquers and treatments for nails, hands and feet is as coveted as her incredible talent.
Deborah’s success as one of the most sought-after manicurists in the world, as well as an innovative entrepreneur, is due in part to her passion for music. With dreams of becoming a jazz singer, Deborah belted out sultry tunes in smoky clubs by night, and worked various jobs by day. After a failed stint as a waitress, Deborah enrolled in cosmetology school, where she discovered a hidden talent—nails.

Dubbed “one of the best manicurists in the country” by Allure and a “mega manicurist” by Vogue, Deborah found herself busier than ever, booking magazine shoot after magazine shoot and celebrity after celebrity.

With that kind of a history roaming around the fashion world who wouldn't try Deborah's nail polishes right? Even just a commoner like me! ha!

So the other day at Alabang town Center i was roaming around just to kill time before heading of to another appointment. I dropped by Rustan's beauty department and saw the first two below. I was completely  gobsmacked when I saw them that I could even put them down. Ha!

It was a glorious sight. If you're a polish addict I'm sure you'd want  this shade to play around.

Love Ginger Tea

I'm not a fan of coffee or milk.  Ask me what do I prefer to drink  during ber months and on a rainy day like this? I'd say Ginger tea. It's refreshing and stimulating.

Love the relaxing scent that keep my mind at peace. ha!

Well according to wikipedia

Ginger tea is usually used to prevent colds and to aid digestion, and also as a home remedy for nausea and sore throats.[citation needed] It also has a remedial effect on diarrhea and stomach ache due to low body temperature.[citation needed] It is purported to aid blood circulation.[5] Scientific studies investigating these effects have been inconclusive

Ginger tea is a beverage in many countries, made from ginger root. In China, the tea is made by boiling peeled and sliced ginger to which brown sugar is often added. Sliced orange or lemon fruit may also be added to give a flavour. In Korean cuisine, ginger tea is calledsaenggang cha (생강차). It can be made either by boiling the ginger or by mixing hot water and preserved sweetened ginger. For the latter, sliced ginger root is stored with honey for a few weeks like jam.[1] In Japanese cuisine it is called shōgayu (生姜湯).[2] In Philippine cuisineit is called salabat and served in the relatively cold month of December.[3] From its main ingredient ginger tea derives a flavor that is spicy and stimulating.[4]

How about you what do you prefer to drink these days?

Ramadan Begins

Muslims around the world begun the holiest month of the year. This is their time to devote themselves to Islamic teachings and to Allah . Giving up Food , water, vices and any other physical needs.

Fasting from dawn 'til dusk and feast in the evening to break their fast. This devotion need a lot of patience and discipline which I don't know if I could do it for a month.
